Amadeus, founder and host, is of Tibetan descent and was adopted by a family in Switzerland. Early on, he discovered a deep passion for hospitality. With a classical French education and a background in Swiss hotel management, he brings both precision and soul to every plate and every guest interaction.

Our front-of-house team is a diverse group of individuals, each bringing their unique personality and passion for hospitality. Together, they are dedicated to making every guest feel welcome and at home from the moment they walk through our doors.
In the kitchen, our Chef de Cuisine Atef, originally from Marseille, was classically trained in French cuisine and has cooked professionally for more than 15 years.
Chef Tevin, from Jamaica, has been part of L'Antagoniste for over a decade, perfecting his craft while learning from several of our past chefs from France.
Chef Omar, from Guerrero in Mexico, began his journey here eight years ago. Through hard work and dedication, he has risen through the ranks and is now honing his culinary skills under the guidance of our resident French chef.
